Shipping
We ship all orders from Sweden and currently deliver within the EU.
- Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping method: Carefully selected freight or parcel services depending on item size, weight, and fragility.
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout or confirmed manually for larger items.
- Packaging: All items are professionally packed to protect original materials, surfaces, and patina.
For large or fragile furniture, delivery details may be agreed upon individually after purchase.
Condition & Product Descriptions
All items sold are second-hand or vintage and are not new.
- Each product is carefully inspected, restored where appropriate, and photographed in detail.
- Any visible wear, marks, patina, or age-related characteristics are part of the item’s history and character.
- Condition details are described as accurately as possible in each product listing.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the item’s described condition.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Because we work exclusively with second-hand and one-of-a-kind items, returns are handled with particular care.
Standard Items (Non-Custom, Non-Furniture)
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with EU consumer law, provided that:
- The item is returned in the same condition as when received.
- The item has not been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued once the item has been inspected and approved.
Furniture & Large Items
Due to size, fragility, and logistics:
- Furniture and large items are sold with limited return rights.
- Returns are only accepted if the item differs significantly from its description or arrives with documented transport damage.
We strongly encourage customers to review images, measurements, and condition descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom restorations or items altered on request
- Items sold “as is”
- Items with clearly described wear consistent with age
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Transport Damage
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of:
- The damage
- Packaging
- The full item
Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
